This special screening will be followed by a cocktail and question and answer session with Adalbert Lallier himself as well as prominent Montreal Rabbi, Reuben Poupko and Bill A. Surkis, current director of B'Nai Brith Quebec and former director of the Montreal Holocaust Memorial who both play active roles in the film. Once a Nazi was made with the generous support of SODEC, The Canadian Independent Film and Video Fund, Saskatchewan Cable Network, Canadian Learning Television, and the National Film Board of Canada. It debuts on Canal D in November. This screening is the first of several sneak previews. Once a Nazi was produced and directed by Evan Beloff and Frederic Bohbot. This is Frederic Bohbot's first film; he previously worked extensively with renowned filmmaker Magnus Isacsson. Beloff formerly of Diversus productions has written, directed and produced several films including Too Colourful for the League (1999), Schmelvis, Searching for the King's Jewish Roots (2000), Irving Layton, A Red Carpet for the Sun (2001), Women Warriors (TV series/website) (2002-04), Being Osama (2004), Winter Wonderland: The Making of the Ice Hotel (2005) and the Legend of Memphre (2005). !!!PLEASE RSVP AS SEATING IS LIMITED!!!
